All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed. Upon accepting delivery buyer agrees that the animals are exactly as represented in color, pattern, size and sex. I will happily exchange any animal for any reason within 24 hours of receipt. Deposits are non refundable unless we are unable to supply the reserved animal.
Live delivery is guaranteed. If, in the case of carrier error or unexpected hot or cold weather, an animal should arrive dead a replacement animal or store credit will be provided. Photographic proof of the dead animal must be provided immediately. Two photographs of the animal on its back or a short video are sufficient. The animal should be kept refrigerated until we confirm the death, approve the disposal or require the animal's return.
All frozen feeders are guaranteed to arrive still frozen. If you have concerns, please provide photos upon immediate arrival.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us before we have dispatched the animals to you. Once they have been dispatched to/received by you, you will need to contact us within the first 24 hours to arrange their return and replacement or store credit.
